The Indian pair of Leander Paes and Mahesh Bhupathi have raised the hopes of one more medal for India at the Beijing Olympics. Paes and Bhupathi entered the men's doubles quarter-final on Wednesday defeating the Brazilian pair. The seventh seeded Indian pair won in straight sets 6-4, 6-2 in one hour nine minutes. In the quarter-finals they will meet the winner of the match between the Swiss pair and fourth seed Roger Federer and Stanislas Wawrinka and the Russian duo Dmitry Tursunov and Mikhail Youzhny.
